What’s beef? Kendrick and J.Cole

According to the late great Notorious B.I.G, what’s beef? Beef is when your mom isn’t safe in the street, or someone literally ending up in ICU.

J. Cole and Kendrick are considered the top rappers/ lyricists in
the rap game. “Bref control” was J. Cole’s first song but “lights
please” and “who dat” were his stapled evolution on the road to
greatness. Likewise, Kendrick’s first song” whatcha know about
it” same year as cole’s debut single gave the Audience a snippet
of a meteoric rise; songs like “The recipe” gave the world his
ingredients to how he’s going to cook up lyrically.

During an unusually warm October day in 2005 at the Continental Airlines arena; a long lasting legendary beef ended. It all started in 1996 with jay-z and Nas lyrically taking shots at one another. Most notably “Ether” and “Take over” are deemed top 5 most disrespectfully, delightful diss tracks ever made. “Black Republican” arose from the discarded differences the coupled rap Gods had settled and it was special.

Rap being many livelihoods, competition is inevitable. J. Cole apologizing showed class and how he learned from his accomplished predecessors. He continues to follow his rap
journey no matter what obstacles are placed in his path.

What’s next concerning “Rap beef? No one knows but we can conclude that artists will always put their best foot forward no matter how much lyrical contention there.
